This Crisp Uncirculated 1935 Series $1 Silver Certificate is "Godless." It was released between the 1928 Series that did not have the motto "In God We Trust" and the 1957 Series that had the motto. A transitional time, some of the 1935 Series notes featured the motto and some didn't, creating a unique "No Motto" type that's virtually unknown to most collectors!
